What we do
We track residential property listings as they go active, pending, and sold in the specific zip codes a moving company serves. When a listing qualifies, we run a homeowner lookup to attach contact details, then hand the result to the customer as a ready-to-use, mail-ready export — scoped to their market inside a dashboard built for multi-location teams.
How we approach data
We only report what the data actually shows. No inflated lead counts, no invented case studies, no placeholder testimonials presented as real. If we haven't verified something, we don't claim it.
